The Hat Museum is one of only two known hat museums in the United States. It has examples from 100 years of hats.  Most of the hats and hat making equipment  previously belonged to George McLean.  He was originally from Clarksville, Arkansas and then went to New York.  He made hats for Calvin Coolidge's wife and the Queen of Romania.   Examples of ladies' and mens' clothing from over the past 100 years are also available.  The clothing includes a brown wedding dress.  The lady who wore it knew it wasn't proper to wear a white dress because she was so old when she married.  She was 30 years old.  Come see this and other great examples of milinary.
